• Well experienced in Wiring Design and Installation
Wiring design and installation is carried out according to the Harness Standards considering customer specifications. The design includes Harness Routing taking into consideration aspects like EMI, EMC, grounding, bonding, separation requirements. The tools used are Catia V5 and NX 6.

• Expertise in electrical Module, familiarity with tools like Enovia LCA
• Ignis has Expertise to create 2D drawings as per the requirements
• Modeling of Supports, Brackets and Wire terminals
• Preparation of all wiring details for Manufacturing

Harness Manufacturing

All initial preparations like Form Board Work (flattening), Ground check will be taken care properly.

Standards:

• Design of Schematics & Wire harness in adherence with MIL Standards series as MIL 3476
• MIL standard series as MIL 8409 – Selection of Components, Connectors, Terminals, and Wires & Hardwares
• FAA Standards DO-254 & specified requirements
• EMC/EMI factors per MIL standards MIL-STD-461D/462D
• Separation analysis between harness and its environment
• Boeing / Airbus standards for harness routing
